Great work! Y'know, when I was in art school up in St. Cloud, I rarely attended class with anyone interested in art. I mean art art. Not gluing sex toys to posterboard and spray painting it to make 'a statement'. I mean like talent art.

I'm glad there are others out there interested in Talent art. I've actually been painting all day and whipped out to more pieces of my own. Mostly inspired by stuff like Robert McGinnis or Richard Powers.

I really like the raised perspective on your painting and the chiaroscuro of the umbrella shade on the white foreground. Good use of negative space.

Hi Josh. Good to hear from you. I can relate to you're art school frustrations. It's good to hear I'm not the only one that is a little underwhelmed with what some people call 'art'.

I can't say that I've heard of Robert McGinnis or Richard Powers, but I'll have to look into them.
